This section applies to parties booked through the Website and does not apply to parties booked through our Groups and Events department.

Parties require a minimum of 8 participants. We reserve the right to restrict the number of attendees for the party to ensure that we do not exceed capacity at the location. At least one parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 must be present for the duration of the party, if children under the age of 13 are in attendance. All parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance. However, we recommend that you book your party well in advance to ensure that space is available. You reservation is not complete or guaranteed until we confirm your reservation by email. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time you make the reservation to hold the space. Final payment is due on the day of your party. If payment is not made once the party has concluded, we reserve the right to charge any remaining balance to the payment method used to make the initial deposit. Any changes to your reservations must be made at least 5 days prior to the party by contacting the venue via phone or email and include the booking ID reference*. While your deposit is non-refundable, in the event that you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit may be applied to another reservation, provided that you cancel at least 7 days prior to the party; the new reservation is within three months from the original date of the party; and the party is at the same Playdium location. This option is only available once. Unless you specifically reserve a party room, tables will be provided to accommodate your group, and the party will occur in a non-private shared space. We make no representations or warranties that the date/time or location of your reservation is available until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we require all or part of the location for our own use or for remodelling or reconstruction, or if the location is no longer available due to reasons beyond our control. However, we will endeavour to provide you with as much cancellation notice as we are able to. Should your reservation be cancelled by us for any reason, our sole liability to you shall be the refund of your deposit.
