Restrictions

Ropes Course Participant Rules & Responsibilities:

  1. Management reserves the right to refuse anyone access to the attraction if we believe it would be unsafe for them, other guests or staff.  Reasons a guest may be turned away include, but are not limited to, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, exceeding the weight limit, inability to understand or obey the rules, or being physically unable to traverse the elements.
  2. Participating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.
  3. Cell phones are NOT allowed on the Attraction.
  4. Maximum weight is 300lbs (136 kg).
  5. Must fit into a harness
  6. Must be 48” (122cm) tall without a responsible chaperone.  Any child under the height of 48” must be assisted by a responsible adult over the age of 18 yrs, fit all the criteria pertaining to the rules and must stay within 1 arm’s length of the child at all times.  The child must also fit safely into a harness.
  7. Must have secure shoes.  No bare feet, flip flops, or open heel shoes.  Shoelaces must be tied.
  8. Pockets must be empty.  No loose objects such as cell phones or cameras.  Eyeglasses should be secure.  Operators are not responsible for items left unattended.
  9. No gum, food or drinks allowed on the attraction.
  10. Follow all operator instructions, posted rules and stickers.
  11. Only 1 participant on an activity at a time, except if a child is being assisted by a responsible adult.
  12. No running, jumping, hanging or horseplay.  Operators reserve the right to remove participants displaying these behaviours.
  13. The redundant sling line should stay in front of and between shoulders at all times.  Do not allow redundant sling to go under arm.
  14. Do not touch the overhead tracking system or tamper with the harness or redundant sling line.
Participate responsibly when on the Sky Trail.  You should be in good health to participate.  You know your physical conditions and limitations, our operators do not.  If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason or you could aggravate a preexisting condition of any kind, do not participate.  Risks are inherent when participating on a Sky Trail.  Injuries that can and will occur, include, but are not limited to bumps, bruises or scrapes.  Please be aware of the risks involved with participating.  Notify the operator of the attraction of any injuries on the attraction before leaving the area.
